There's a huge change in contrast, the bottom two images grab my eye much more because of it. Might work better if the contrast was consistent and the bottom two images were on the top. Or maybe just moving the bottom right image to the top instead of both bottom images might work.
I know this was for the triptych but given these images and the subject matter choosing just one to represent the shoot seems like the smart choice. I would go with the top left. I agree with Juan that its got less contrast but I think it still works.
